Bonus Radar — Contact
Bonus Radar is operated by an independent individual, not a registered company — see our Privacy Policy for who operates this service, and our About page for what Bonus Radar is. The channel below is the only one we can currently guarantee works, and this page explains what to expect from it.
Message us on Telegram
Send a message directly to @n1_casino_bonuses_bot — this is currently the only working, verified contact channel for this service.
Open the Telegram BotWhat this channel is for
- A general question about Bonus Radar, a bonus listing, or how the site or bot works.
- A correction — if something we list is wrong, outdated, or no longer offered.
- A request about your own data — a copy of what we hold about you, or its deletion. See our Privacy Policy, "Your rights," for exactly what this covers.
- A report about content on this site — including anything posted by another user, once posting exists.
What this channel is not for
We are not a casino operator. We do not hold anyone's account, funds, deposits, or withdrawals, and we have no access or authority to resolve a dispute between you and an operator. If you have a problem with a casino you found through Bonus Radar, contact that casino's own support team, or the regulator that licenses it, directly. We can take a report that a specific operator has done something seriously wrong — non-payment, fraud, or similar — and we may act on it, for example by reviewing or removing that operator's listing, but we cannot act on it as though it were a complaint we owe you a resolution to.
Response time
We do not currently commit to a response time. Bonus Radar has no dedicated support team today — messages are read and answered as time allows, not on a guaranteed schedule. We would rather say that plainly than promise a number nobody is currently assigned to meet. If that changes, this section will say so.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a data request
If your message was a request about your own data — access, correction, or deletion — and you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe an infringement took place. We do not currently know, and this page does not state, which specific authority would have jurisdiction over us — see our Privacy Policy, "Your rights," for why. This does not affect your right to complain to your own local authority regardless.
