Gambling can stop being fun without you noticing. This page lists the signs to watch for, who you can call right now in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan, and what you can actually do to step back — including what we can and cannot do to help.
This page, like the rest of Bonus Radar, is for users who meet the minimum legal gambling age in their own country: 18+ only — and 21+ if you are in Kazakhstan.

- Gambling with money meant for bills, rent or essentials

What we did verify: the two lines listed below — each one a general psychological-support or crisis line, named honestly as what it is. Azerbaijan

- Uzbekistan runs a national register that includes self-exclusion (NAPP), but again the casinos listed on this site are not confirmed to be part of it — self-exclude with the operator directly too
- Use your device's or browser's own site-blocking tools to restrict access to gambling sites, including this one
- Tell someone you trust what is happening and ask them to hold you accountable
- If an operator offers deposit, loss or time limits, set them before you play, and keep to them
