Bonus Radar — Privacy Policy

This page is the privacy policy for both surfaces of the Bonus Radar product:

  • the Telegram bot, @n1_casino_bonuses_bot
  • the website, bonusradar.online

They are described separately below (Part 1 and Part 2) because they collect different data. Read the part that matches how you're using Bonus Radar — the sections after Part 2 apply to both.

Who operates this service

Bonus Radar (the Telegram bot and the website) is operated by an independent individual, not a registered company. No corporate entity is named on this page because none exists yet in the operator's records.

For any question about this policy, or to request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact the operator by messaging the bot directly: @n1_casino_bonuses_bot on Telegram. This is currently the only working, verified contact channel for this service.

Part 1 — The Telegram bot (@n1_casino_bonuses_bot)

This part covers the data the Bonus Radar Telegram bot collects when you interact with it.

What we collect

When you send the bot a message, run a command, or press a button, we record:

  • Your Telegram user ID, username, first name and last name, as supplied by Telegram. These are refreshed every time you interact with the bot, so they always reflect what Telegram currently reports for your account — we do not keep an old name after you change it on Telegram.
  • The region (GEO), language and currency you have selected, if any.
  • The casinos you have asked the bot to follow with /subscribe.
  • The full text of every message you send and every button you press, together with the chat ID and a timestamp. This includes the complete text of any command, including anything appended to a /start link — for example, a tracking tag in a link someone shared with you.

We do not collect payment information. The bot never takes bets, holds funds, or processes payments, so there is none to collect.

Why we collect it

To operate the bot: to show a feed filtered to your chosen region and language, to remember which casinos you follow, to respond to your commands, and to diagnose problems when something breaks.

What we do not do

No third-party analytics or tracking library runs inside this bot. We do not share your data with advertising platforms. We do not sell your data. Our hosting provider (see "Where your data is stored" below) has the same technical access to the underlying servers that any hosting provider has to the infrastructure it operates — nobody else has access.

How long we keep it

There is currently no defined retention or deletion schedule. Data is kept until you request its deletion, or until a retention policy is set and published here.

Your choices

  • /geo, /language and /currency let you change or clear your region, language and currency preference at any time.
  • /unsubscribe removes a casino from your list.
  • /responsible gets you a responsible-gambling resource, independent of Bonus Radar.
  • To request a copy of your data, or its deletion, message @n1_casino_bonuses_bot directly and ask.

Part 2 — The website (bonusradar.online)

This part covers the data the bonusradar.online website collects from visitors. It is a different surface from the bot above, built and run separately, and it does not share a login or account system with the bot — nothing you do on the bot is visible from the website, and nothing you do on the website is visible from the bot, aside from you choosing to click through from one to the other.

What we collect

  • We use one analytics cookie. Since 24 August 2026, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which sets first-party cookies in your browser — primarily _ga and a per-property _ga_<container-id> cookie — to tell returning visitors from new ones. These are the only cookies this website sets. No cookie here is used for advertising, and none is shared with any advertiser. See our Cookie Policy for the exact list.
  • We run Google Analytics 4. For each visit it records: the page viewed, how you arrived (referrer), your approximate location derived from your IP address (city-level or coarser — Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address), and general device/browser information. It does not record your name, email, or Telegram identity, and it is not connected to anything you do on the Telegram bot. This data is sent to and processed by Google LLC as a data processor for this purpose; we keep it for 2 months, after which it is deleted automatically. We have not linked this analytics property to Google Ads and have not enabled Google Signals, so it is not used to build advertising profiles and is not joined with any other Google product on our side. Google's own privacy policy governs Google's handling of this data: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Your options. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this analytics tool does not set a cookie for you by default — because we have not yet built a consent mechanism for those regions, this site's own default configuration denies analytics storage for visitors from those regions. A cookieless, non-identifying network request to Google may still occur when the page loads (see our Cookie Policy for exactly what that means). Everywhere else, you can stop your browser sending data to Google Analytics on any site, including this one, by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • We do not use Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. The site's fonts are bundled into its own code at build time and served from bonusradar.online, so your browser never contacts a font provider directly.
  • There are no forms, no accounts, and no login on this website. We cannot collect anything you would type into a form, because there isn't one.
  • Standard web server access logs. Like effectively every website, the server that serves bonusradar.online keeps a standard access log of each request, which ordinarily includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. We have not published a fixed retention period for this log; as things stand it is not deliberately preserved beyond routine server operation, and it is not deliberately purged either, other than being reset when the hosting infrastructure is redeployed.

Leaving the website

Every casino, bonus and operator listing, and the "Open Telegram Bot" button, takes you to a site we do not control — either a gambling operator's own website, or Telegram itself. These links open in a new tab and are marked so that the destination site does not learn which page on bonusradar.online sent you (technically: rel="noopener noreferrer"), but the destination site will still see your IP address and whatever else its own website normally collects, under its own privacy policy, not this one. We do not control, and are not responsible for, what any linked operator's site or Telegram itself does with your data once you leave bonusradar.online.

Where your data is stored

  • The bot's data (see Part 1) is stored on a database server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany.
  • The website (see Part 2) is served from a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Finland.
  • The website's Google Analytics 4 data (see Part 2) is processed and stored by Google LLC, on Google's own servers, located in the United States and other countries — not on the Hetzner servers above.

The bot's and website's own servers (the first two items above) are both within the European Union / European Economic Area. (Verified directly by IP registration lookup, 24 August 2026.) Google Analytics data (the third item) is processed on Google's own infrastructure and is not confined to the EU/EEA. Google states its own compliance mechanism for this transfer out of the EU/EEA (currently the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, per Google's own privacy and data-processing terms) — see Google's own privacy policy for the current mechanism; we have not independently verified it.

Who receives your data

Beyond the operator described above, your data reaches:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — our hosting provider, for both the bot and the website (see "Where your data is stored"). Hetzner processes this data on our behalf, as a data processor, to keep the servers running.
  • Google LLC — as the provider of Google Analytics 4, website visitors only (see Part 2). Google processes this data as a data processor for the analytics purpose stated above.
  • Telegram — if you use the bot, Telegram is the platform your messages and commands pass through to reach us; Telegram has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that traffic, separate from ours.
  • We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis for processing (for readers in the EU, UK or EEA)

If data protection law where you live requires us to state a legal basis for processing your data, here is the basis for each category described above:

  • Telegram user ID, username, first name, last name (bot): necessary to operate the bot service you are using — legitimate interest / contract-equivalent (there is no formal account, but the reasoning is the same: we could not run the service you asked for without it).
  • Region, language, currency preference (bot): the same basis — necessary to deliver the filtered feed you asked for.
  • Message text and commands (bot): the same basis — necessary to respond to what you sent us.
  • Google Analytics data (website, where it runs — see "Your options" above): legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, balanced against your right to opt out at any time.
  • Server access logs (both surfaces): legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what data we hold about you (access),
  • ask us to correct it (rectification),
  • ask us to delete it (erasure),
  • ask us to limit what we do with it (restriction),
  • object to us processing it,
  • and — if you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a country with an equivalent law — lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe an infringement of your rights has taken place. We do not currently know, and this page does not state, which authority would have jurisdiction over us specifically — see "Who operates this service" above for why. This does not affect your right to complain to your own local authority regardless.

For the bot, use /geo, /language, /currency and /unsubscribe to change what is stored directly, or message @n1_casino_bonuses_bot to ask for anything else, including a copy of your data or its deletion. For the website, we do not collect anything that identifies you by name; the website's own server log and its Google Analytics data are both tied only to your browser and IP address, not to an account. To stop the website's analytics tracking your browser specifically, use the opt-out option described above; for anything else about the website's data, including Google Analytics, the same contact channel is available.

Age requirement

This service is for users who meet the minimum legal gambling age in their own country. At minimum: 18+ only — and 21+ if you are in Kazakhstan. Do not use this bot or this website if you are under that age.

How we make money

Bonus Radar is free to use. Some of the casino and bonus listings on the bot and the website are affiliate links: if you follow one to an operator's site and later register or deposit there, we may earn a referral commission from that operator. This does not cost you anything, does not change the terms or the bonus you are offered, and does not influence which bonuses are listed or how they are ordered.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") is updated every time the text changes — that date is the only signal of a change; we do not currently email or message users when this policy is updated.
