Do you need a promo code for a casino bonus? What our catalogue shows

As of 12 October 2026, our catalogue holds no promo codes. Not one.

That sounds like a gap, and it is a small one. It is also a finding, because the phrase "promo code" does turn up in our data, in a whole family of rows, and none of them is what you would expect from it. As of 12 October 2026 the code field in every record we collected is empty. The wording is in the descriptions of one kind of row, and it describes the item rather than handing you a code.

So if the question is whether a casino bonus needs a code, the honest answer from us is short. We do not know, and the empty field is why.

What the empty field means

Every offer we collect has a slot for a promo code. The slot is filled only if the operator's public promo page prints one next to the offer. That is the same rule that leaves the wagering requirement blank on most rows, which the post on the fields we leave empty goes through.

As of 12 October 2026, the slot is empty on all of them. Welcome packages, cashback, reload ladders, the sportsbook features: nothing.

Two readings are possible, and the data cannot tell them apart.

  1. The offers do not need a code.
  2. The offers need one, and the promo page does not print it, because the code lives in a sign-up form, a partner link or a message.

Both are consistent with an empty field. A page that says nothing about a code is not a page that says no code is needed. We read the public promo page one brand at a time, and a code that sits behind the sign-up form, if there is one, is out of its reach.

Where the phrase does appear

As of 12 October 2026, three brands carry it: 1xBet, Melbet and BetWinner. The same free bet items appear under all three, each filed as one row per brand per market, and not every brand has them in every market. Going by the rows we collected, 1xBet has them tagged for Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, Melbet for the first two, and BetWinner for Azerbaijan only. No row for any other operator in the catalogue has the word "code" in its title, description or captured text.

The titles are plain. A sport and a bet shape: for example football single and football accumulator, and the same for basketball, ice hockey, tennis and volleyball. Two further rows per brand and market are not tied to a sport and are titled simply as a single bet and an accumulator. The descriptions are close to one template. The football single on 1xBet's Azerbaijan listing reads "A promo code for a free bet on Football", then states a minimum price. The accumulator rows start "Promo code for a free bet on Football", state a minimum price per selection and add a set number of selections.

Read that again. A promo code for a free bet. Read plainly, the description names the item, not a string you would type. The rows we collected hold no code, no price, no balance and no claim step.

The link on the row is the other tell. It goes to the operator's football betting line, as captured, not to a page about the item. We have not tested what the operator's page offers there.

So what is the item?

Our guess, and it is only that, is the loyalty shop. The rows share their format with the in-account items covered in the same promotion under three brand names: short names, one sentence, no sign-up step, identical across brands. A points shop could describe a free bet as a code. Nothing in these rows says that is what they are, and we have not tested it.

If that reading is right, they are not sign-up codes, and they would sit inside an account.

If it is wrong, the descriptions still give you nothing to type.

The welcome offers say nothing about a code

The same three brands list welcome packages. As of 12 October 2026 their descriptions do not mention a code either. That is the only thing we can say, and we are not going to stretch it into "no code needed". Our welcome bonus post covers how the casino and sports packages split. Whether any of them wants a code at registration is a question for the page you register on.

What this means if you came for a code

We do not hold one to give you. As of 12 October 2026 our catalogue has none. If a code is offered to you in our name, it did not come from our catalogue.

A few general points about codes, not drawn from our data:

  • A code can sit in a sign-up form, in a deposit step, at a points-shop checkout, or in a message from the operator. Where it goes, and whether it can be entered late, is a question for that operator's terms, which we have not read.
  • A code is one of the things an operator can change without telling us. So can everything else about an offer.
  • A code is not a reason to bet or deposit more than you meant to.

Before you register for anything, the operator's own page and the terms it links to are where to find out whether a code or an opt-in step is involved. How to claim bonuses through the Telegram bot covers what we can and cannot do for you on the way in. The operator pages we have are 1xBet, Melbet and BetWinner. The rows described in this post are in our published data, and we have not checked that each one is shown on those pages.

Why we bother saying so

Pages built around a code are easy to find when you search for a bonus. This catalogue works the other way: we read the promo pages, and across the whole of it as of 12 October 2026 no code came with them. If a site prints a code beside an offer, the code did not come from our catalogue, and the operator's own page is where to confirm it.

None of this tells you which offer is better, and this post does not rank them.

Terms vary by operator and change without notice, so T&Cs apply to every offer named here. This page is information, not advice, and nothing on it suggests you will win. You must be 18 or over to bet or gamble, 21 or over in Kazakhstan. If betting or gambling stops being fun, stop, and see our responsible gambling page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need a promo code to get a casino bonus?+

Some offers ask for one and some do not, and the place that says which is the operator's own page for that offer. As of 12 October 2026 our catalogue does not settle it either way, because the code field in the records we collected is empty on every row and the welcome offers we hold do not mention a code in their descriptions. That tells you what we captured, not what the operator requires. T&Cs apply.

Does Bonus Radar list promo codes?+

No. As of 12 October 2026 the code field in our collected records is empty on every row, so there is no code in our catalogue to copy. If a page or a message offers you one in our name, it did not come from our catalogue.

Why do some free bet rows say "promo code" if there are no codes?+

As of 12 October 2026, 1xBet, Melbet and BetWinner each carry free bet rows whose descriptions open with the words promo code, followed by a sport or "any event". The rows describe the item and give no code. Read next to the rest of the data, they look like entries from an in-account module, not codes to type in at sign-up. We have not tested that, so check the operator's page.

Where should I look for the code requirement on an offer?+

On the operator's own page for the offer and in the terms it links to. Those are where to find out whether a code or an opt-in step is involved, and whether an offer can be added after the fact. T&Cs apply to every offer.
